PCH Beauty Day Spa — Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective July 17, 2026 

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership programs offered by PCH Beauty Day Spa, operated by L&P Esthetics LLC ("PCH Beauty," "we," "us"), to individual clients ("Members"). By enrolling in a membership program, you ("the Member") agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Term

Memberships begin with an initial three (3) month commitment term. Billing is monthly: your first payment is charged at signup, and payments recur every month thereafter. After the initial 3-month term, your membership continues month-to-month and you may cancel at any time.

2. Membership Benefits & Eligibility

Membership benefits, included services, and pricing for each tier are described on the Memberships page at pchbeautyspa.com/memberships.

Lash Memberships: Members must already have lash extensions to be eligible for a Natural or Volume Lash Membership.

Skin Elite Membership: Included treatments are selected by your esthetician. Liquid Gold and Microneedling are not included; either may be added to a Skin Elite service for an additional $25, payable at checkout.

Birthday Perk: During your birthday month, you may choose one (1) complimentary add-on (Lip Treatment, Eye Treatment, Scalp Massage, or Aromatherapy). The perk must be redeemed with a scheduled service during your birthday month, is limited to one per Member per year, and has no cash value.

3. Cancellation Policy

Members may not cancel during the initial three (3) month commitment term. After the initial 3-month term, you may cancel at any time through the same method used to enroll (online, in-spa, or by phone). Cancellation stops future monthly charges. The cancellation process will be simple and straightforward, without unnecessary steps. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except where required under state or federal law.

4. Cooling-Off Period

If you sign up online or outside the spa premises, you have the right to cancel within three (3) business days of sign-up for a full refund, provided you have not used any membership services during that period. To exercise this right, contact PCH Beauty Day Spa in writing or by email within the 3-day period.

5. Payment

Membership fees are charged monthly to the payment method on file, beginning on your signup date and recurring on the same date each month. Members enrolled prior to July 17, 2026 are billed on the 1st of each month and will remain on that schedule. You agree to keep your payment details current. If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation.

6. Changing Your Membership Tier

Members may upgrade to a higher-priced tier or bundle at any time. Upgrades take effect at your next billing date. Members may downgrade to a lower-priced tier or bundle after completing the initial 3-month commitment term. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Tier changes do not restart the initial commitment term.

7. Rollover Policy

Unused monthly services roll over, with a maximum of three (3) unused services banked at any time. Rolled-over services expire upon cancellation of the membership and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

8. Booking and Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability. Members are expected to give at least twelve (12) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, consistent with our spa-wide booking policy. Cancellations or changes within 12 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, may result in forfeited services or fees, per spa policy. Deposit requirements for membership-included services are handled at the time of booking; Members are encouraged to book included services in-spa or by phone.

9. Freezing or Holding Membership

Members may pause their membership once per calendar year, for up to sixty (60) days total. Requests must be submitted in writing or by email in advance. Membership benefits are unavailable while frozen. Banked rollover services are preserved during the pause and remain available when your membership resumes. Billing is suspended during an approved pause and resumes automatically when the pause ends.

10. Changes to Terms or Pricing

PCH Beauty Day Spa may update these terms or pricing with at least forty-five (45) days' notice. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel before the changes take effect.

11. General

Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only. By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all spa policies, including the Booking Deposits & Cancellations policy posted at pchbeautyspa.com/policies. These terms do not affect any rights you have under U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
