                                                                         - Arrival Time -

If it is your first time visiting PCH Beauty Day Spa, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure all intake forms are complete. If you will be late to your appointment, please communicate that with us and know that we only allow the scheduled time for your appointment. For example, if you have an appointment scheduled for an hour and you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled start time, you will only receive 45 minutes worth of services and will be charged in full. If you are scheduled for an appointment that takes 15 minutes and you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled start time, you will be considered a no-show and will be 

charged in full. 

                                                       - Booking Deposits & Cancellations-

A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking for new clients and for clients with prior no-shows; the deposit is applied toward your service. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice, your deposit transfers to your new appointment. Cancellations or changes within 12 hours, as well as no call, no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
Life happens — and that courtesy goes both ways. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, you'll receive 50% off when you rebook that service.

                                                                           - Refund Policy - 

Under no circumstances will a refund be granted on services or products purchased, except as provided in our Membership Terms. If there is an issue with the service provided, you may reach out to us within 72 hours and we will work 

to sort it out.

                                                                  - Guest and Children Policy -

We understand the challenges of being a parent and we love children! Please feel free to bring your children to your appointment, but be aware that we ask that no equipment is touched and they behave themselves. If there is excessive noise or destruction we will have to ask you to leave due to the nature of the services being provided. We want everyone to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible while at PCH Beauty Day Spa, so we do our best to accept your kiddos as much as we do you!
